- Monthly subscriptions are billed every month on the same date

- Payment is required in advance for all subscription periods
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable
- We do not guarantee refunds for failure to use the service or for unused subscription time
2. Subscription Cancellation

3. Eligibility for Refunds

For new customers subscribing to our paid plans, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and cannot be claimed for subscription renewals.
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our service as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Such refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documentation of the issues experienced and support interactions.
Double Charging/Billing Errors

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- After the 3-day money-back guarantee period has expired

Promotional credits, discounts, and free trials have no cash value and are not refundable. If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, the 3-day refund period begins on the date of your first payment. Unused credits expire according to their stated terms and cannot be converted to cash refunds.
7. Enterprise and Custom Plans

8. Currency and Processing Fees
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We do not cover currency exchange rate differences or fees that might be charged by your payment provider. Any payment processing fees incurred by VidifyAI for the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
