DMCA and Grievance Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how VidifyAI Studio handles copyright complaints, content takedowns, counter-notices, and grievance redressal obligations for India and international users.

3. US DMCA Notice Requirements
A DMCA notice should include:
- Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of copyrighted work claimed infringed
- Identification of allegedly infringing material with sufficient location details
- Complainant contact details (name, address, email, and phone)
- Good-faith statement that use is unauthorized
- Perjury statement confirming accuracy and authority
4. Takedown Workflow
After receiving a complete notice, VidifyAI Studio may disable or remove the identified content, notify the affected account where appropriate, and document the action for compliance purposes.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts repeatedly associated with valid infringement complaints may be subject to escalating enforcement, including suspension or termination.
6. Counter-Notice Requirements
A valid counter-notice should include:
- Signature of subscriber or authorized representative
- Identification of content removed and its former location
- Statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake or misidentification
- Name, address, email, phone, and consent to applicable jurisdiction
7. Counter-Notice Restoration
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore content unless the complainant provides evidence of initiating legal action within the statutory period.
8. India IT Rules 2021 Grievance Handling
VidifyAI Studio acknowledges grievance complaints within 24-72 hours and aims to resolve them within legally required timelines, including the standard 15-day timeline where applicable.
9. Lawful Requests and Cooperation
We may preserve and disclose relevant records when required by valid legal process, applicable law, or to protect users and platform safety.
10. Good-Faith Requirement
Misleading, abusive, or fraudulent notices and counter-notices are prohibited and may result in account action and/or legal consequences.
